Thiruparankunram

Tiruparankunram Murugan Temple is the first adobe temple ( arupadaiveedu). This is the only temple where the abishek is performed for Vel weapon of Lord Muruga. Five Deities- Sathyagiriswarar, Pavalakanivai Perumal Karpaka Vinayaka, Subramaniar and Durgamabika- grace from one cave temple.

Thiruchendur

Thiruchendur Murugan temple is known as the second Arupadai Veedu. Lord Muruga won the battle with the asura, Surapadma and worshipped Lord Shiva in this sacred place and the day is celebrated as "kanda sashti" on ever Aippasi month. The temple is situated along the shores of the Bay of Bengal.

Palani

It is the famous temple in six adboes (Arupadai Veedu), mentioned as the 3rd Padaiveedu. The deity at the sanctum sanctorum is made out of an amalgam of nine minerals popularly called Navapashanam. Some people say it is a combination of medicinal herbs. Kavadi is main devotee offering to Murugar.

Swamimalai

It is the famous temple in six adboes (Arupadai Veedu) and mentioned as the 4th PadaiVeedu. Lord Murugan, the Sanctum santorum looks like the shivalinga Avudayar and the Lord as Shivalinga itself. In this place of the traditional peacock before the lord, there is Elephant here, which is gifted by Indra for demos of Harikesa.

Arulmigu Subramanya Swamy kovil, Tiruttani, is the 5th place of arupadaiveedu. The hill temple has 365 steps which presenting the days of the year. The Vel weapon is not found in the Murugar's hand and the Surasamharam is not celebrate here. This hills is reowned for its sacred water having effective minerals.

Pazhamudircholai

Pazhamudircholai Murugan Temple is one of the six of the holiest of Murugan referred as the Aarupadai Veedu. It is a adobe which is attached with the Allagar Kovil.The speciality of the temple is, Naaval Tree where yields furit in the October - November month when the Lord Murugan festival occur.
